Shipping Policy

 

Due to extremely high demand, please allow up to 2-3 business days for processing. Business days DO NOT INCLUDE weekends or holidays. All orders placed with PRIORITY are handled within 2 business days. All EXPRESS orders placed with EXPRESS shipping are handled within 1 business day and they are shipped before 12 PM Eastern Standard Time daily. Processing time may be extended during or after holidays and promotional sales. Orders are processed and shipped Tuesday through Friday, until 5:00pm, Eastern Standard Time.

 

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. SIGNATURE LOOKS CO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Therefore, SIGNATURE LOOKS will not replace any lost or stolen packages. In the event that your package is lost or stolen, please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS) for further assistance.

 

International Delivery Transit Time: 4-9 Business Days

Cost: International shipping rates vary depending on location and weight of the package. At check out your total shipping will be shown depending upon the weight of your shopping bag. 

 

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

 

After processing is complete, all orders ship in 2 to 3 business days, and 1 to 2 weeks for International delivery. Once your package ships, you’ll receive an email notification with shipping and tracking information. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once UPS, USPS, or DHL has marked your package as delivered. By completing a purchase with us you are agreeing to our full shipping and deliveries policy.

 

ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS SHIPPED WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SHIPPING DELAYS THAT MAY RESULT FROM THE SHIPPING CARRIER OR NATURAL OCCURRENCES.  THIS IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL AND WE CANNOT PROVIDE YOU ANY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION OTHER THAN WHAT IS PROVIDED BY TRACKING DETAILS.
